Volunteers are key to making the Omnium a safe experience
It takes many volunteers for a safe race. As a volunteer, you will be responsible to control/flag traffic as the racers go through the intersections during the races. Stop/Slow signs and safety vest provided.
Opportunities on Saturday and Sunday
Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm in Carter County we need 12 road marshals at six intersections for the Carter County Roan Groan.
Saturday from 5:00pm to 7:30pm in Unicoi County on Temple Hill road, we need 10 road marshals at 10 connecting side roads for the Temple Hill Time Trial.
Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm in Carter County we need six motorcycles to escort the racers.
Sunday from 8:00am to 12:30pm in Downtown Elizabethton, we need 6 road marshals at intersections.
Sunday from 12:30pm to 5:00pm in Downtown Elizabethton, we need 6 road marshals at intersections.
